3. Dream journaling through talking into mp3 recorder, then later transcribing

UPDATES: Set tablet for gong-per-hour. Beginning reality testing on the hour. Method: finger count, am I dreaming, note the room, look for anomalies.
Finger counting / reality testing is annoying but I'm doing it. Had a lot of dreams because I kept floating in and out of consciousness but I only recorded the last one into the recorder. Got an idea for a new story.
Had a dream where I was doing my reality test. Didn't realize I was dreaming though. Hmmmm.
Reality testing is hyper-annoying. May quit this. Taking a break, at least.
